A seam, strap, waistband, or patch of skin may feel fine at first. But heat, sweat, and repeated movement, and a small hot spot can pull your attention away from the run, hike, workout, or day ahead.

Friction should not decide how far you go.
Everything you need to know before you go.
What is Run Slick?
Run Slick is a lightweight anti-friction roll-on designed to help reduce rubbing and discomfort caused by skin, clothing, and gear. It applies clear, dries quickly, and leaves a non-greasy feel—so you can stay focused on running, hiking, training, or everyday movement.
Where should I apply Run Slick?
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin wherever friction usually builds—such as inner thighs, underarms, chest, bra lines, beneath heart-rate monitor straps, around the neck, or under pack and hydration-vest straps. Use before running, hiking, training, or everyday movement.
Allow it to settle before dressing or putting on gear. For external use only.
Will it feel greasy or heavy?
Run Slick is formulated to feel lightweight and non-greasy, even during heat, sweat, and repeated movement. It applies smoothly and dries quickly, helping avoid the sticky or heavy feel associated with many traditional balms.
Will it mark my clothes?
Apply Run Slick directly to clean, dry skin—not to clothing.
Give it a moment to settle before dressing or putting on gear. If applied directly to fabric, or if clothing contacts the area too soon, it may leave a visible mark depending on the fabric, color, and amount applied. When in doubt, test on a small, hidden area first.
How long does it last?
Run Slick is designed to hold up through sweat, heat, and long efforts, but wear time varies with the activity, clothing, gear, and level of friction. Apply a thin, even layer and allow it to settle before dressing. Reapply only as needed, such as when rubbing begins to return during a very long or high-friction effort.
How do I apply it?
Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin wherever rubbing usually starts. Roll it on directly—do not apply it to clothing.
Give it a moment to settle before dressing or putting on gear. For longer or higher-friction efforts, carry it with you and reapply only as needed.
Can I use it for running, hiking, and other activities?
Yes. Run Slick can be used anywhere repeated movement causes skin, clothing, or gear to rub—including running, hiking, walking, cycling, gym workouts, triathlon, and everyday activity.
It is designed to hold up through heat, sweat, and repeated movement. Some athletes also use it around wetsuit necklines and other high-friction areas during open-water swimming and triathlon.
What ingredients are in Run Slick?
Run Slick uses a blend of lightweight silicones, silicone elastomers, film-forming ingredients, and vitamin E to create a smooth, durable barrier that helps reduce friction without a heavy or greasy feel.
Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Phenyl Trimethicone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Tocopherol.
Run Slick is paraben-free, gluten-free, coconut oil-free, phenoxyethanol-free, and formulated without methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) or methylisothiazolinone (MI). Review the full ingredient list for your individual sensitivities or allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Keep friction from deciding how far you go.
